We;ve set our bar at $100 per musician just to get us out the door. If you can't get that then the folks can't afford live music. Of course you can make exceptions but $100 per musician for the first hour and then $50 per hour there after will keep…

- Hi, Tom,
I miss playing at sessions. I started doing music full time a couple of years ago. With 40+ feis days/year and the bands playing, most weekends are booked up. Weeknights are taken up with teaching at home, some band gigs, some kid stuff, and occasional Friday travel. I'm starting to work on ways to make more teaching during the day and with music sales on line so I can get more free time in teh evenings. Hope all's well.
