Deportees is absolutely wonderful. It's a collection of short stories based around the different cultures that now reside in Dublin. The title short story would make a brilliant sequel to the Committments.

About Me:: I'm orginally from Dublin and have been living in Philadelphia for about 10 years. I play with local Folk/ Irish act Patrick's Head. We've toured extensively and opened up for/ toured with some of the bigger Irish and Irish American acts. I also run the Irish session at Fado on 15th and Locust in Philly every Tuesday night from 9pm-12.
