As I told Jeff Meade I'm hooked on tinkering with my page, the result of a basically addictive personality and living a rugged life in the Embreeville boondocks. Us settlers have to supply our own entertainment, and believe me, it doesn't take much to entertain a banjo player! ;>)

Plus I figure that changing my photo every so often compensates for all the slackers who haven't bothered to send in a photo at all.

You should come out to Coatesville for the all woman show on April 19th, as my guest. Dana Lyn has the East Clare / East Galway fiddle style down well.

Liz and I loved listening to Irish music by Altan and Dordan. Any album by Dordan is a great reminder of Liz for me 'cuz Mary Bergin, Kathleen Loughnane, and Dearbhaill Standun knew Liz for a long time. I'm proud of Liz for teaching me Irish Gaelic and her getting into the Delaware Valley CCE Hall of Fame.

I'm generally a homebody (a true Cancerian) although I did travel over to teach her Comhaltas class for a while, though (hope I'm spelling that right). Otherwise, Liz and I had a friend in common, Thomas Standeven - may he also rest in peace - which is mostly how I knew her - and probably most of that was in phone conversation!!!
