Even though I'm looking at a "snow shower" (ahem) as I type this, the Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann Delaware Valley Branch's spring sesssion of classes Irish Traditional Music will be starting at the Irish Center at Carpenter Lane and Emlen Street, Philadelphia on Wednesday, 11 February.
6:30pm - Beginning/Intermediate Whistle
7:15pm - Advanced Whistle and flute
8:15pm - DADGAD guitar accompaniment of traditional Irish dance tunes
Registrations for the classes will be accepted the first night of class.
Class fee structure: $70 per CCE member, $110 non-CCE member,
If 2 family members holding membership in CCE-DV are taking classes cost
is $60 each. If 3 or more family members are taking classes cost is $50 each.
If two or more classes are taken, $60 per class for CCE members.)

Membership to Comhaltas will be accepted at time of registering. Membership fees can be found at the bottom of the registration form at

Please be aware that if you attended classes in the fall, or joined or renewed
your membership to Comhaltas at that time, there is no membership fee required
for spring classes.
